Defensive driving is a skill where you try to anticipate potential hazards around you, and you’re prepared to react quickly.
So when you’re driving, just assume that one of the drivers on the road may be reckless. Be prepared for sudden stops or swerves. Because one day you might be right. But at least you’ll be prepared.

so the default assumption here is “everyone else is NPC”
I think a good driving habit is when a light just turns green and you’re stopped look left and right before you press the Gas because there are last second red light runners and they think it’s OK when the light is red stare at the red light, when you’re going left and you don’t have a green left arrow stare at the car across from you use your peripheral to look at the green light. I am an expert driver👌 Trust me! I drive around special ed people every day
